Plant-Based Cooking with Shannon Bush - Soup's On! In-Person
Calling all soup lovers! As we head into fall, please join us as we create several types of soup. This class will demonstrate a variety of styles and flavors ranging from simple to medium difficulty in preparation, with an emphasis on how to fully develop rich flavors.
Chef Shannon Bush has been a plant-based chef for over 30 years. She has worked as an executive chef, head baker, caterer, and culinary instructor. She loves to demonstrate the many benefits of plant-based eating and to prove that healthy food can be delicious!
