Musical Theatre University Presented by The Rancho Mirage Cultural Commission In-Person
This is a Premier Program. All residents of Rancho Mirage and donors who contribute $100 or more annually to the Rancho Mirage Library and Observatory Foundation can take advantage of priority seating for Premier programs by arriving early.
Join the students of nationally renowned Musical Theatre University (MTU) and several Broadway Veterans in the staged concert reading of a hit Broadway Musical, accompanied by a live, professional orchestra. MTU is a comprehensive Conservatory training ground for young people from throughout the region, in residence at Rancho Mirage High School, who have aspirations for careers in professional theatre, most specifically on Broadway. Founder David Green's alumni include Tony winners Lindsay Mendez and Stephanie Block,Tony nominees Susan Egan and Matthew Morrison, and more.
